So I was excited about having TEMU as another option for suppliers, however, after dropshipping a few products, they starting cancelling my orders. I spent hours with customer support via chat and finally over the phone, to end up being told this:
"Thank you for reaching out to the Temu Customer Service Team. We regret to inform you that your order has been canceled due to the account or delivery address information not meeting the shipping requirements as determined by our system." Apparently, they let it pass a few times but they don't accept orders that request to ship to a different address than your address on Temu Account and billing address. TEMU doesn't work for dropshipping products.
